Documents/information Required for ITIN Application
- US LLC Formation Documents for example Articles of Organization / Certificate of Formation or Certificate of incorporation
- LLC ownership documents i.e. Statement of Authorized Person, Statement of Organizer etc. However, if your name is listed on the formation document, then this point is not applicable to you.
- EIN of the LLC issued by the IRS e.g CP 545 or Letter 147C
- Coloured Scan copy (300 PI) of your valid passport with all four corners visible.
STEPS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS
- Payment
- Filling up the request form
- Passport verification
- We will prepare your application form for processing with the IRS.
- After signing the prepared forms, you will mail those to us.
- We will submit your signed application form and documents to the IRS.
- We will inform you as your result is received.
- On receipt of ITIN letter, we will deliver it to you through email.
Important Information
- ITIN Application Product is only for non-resident person who either owns a US company or has shareholding/partnership interest in the US company.
- Please contact in case you desire to apply for an ITIN through filing Federal Income Tax Return as a Non-U.S. resident.
- Our information request form shall be sent to you once you order your ITIN. We shall process your order on receipt, from you, the information request form filled.
- The normal processing time by the IRS is 11 to 12 weeks. However, it varies with the workload of the IRS.
